Great corner bar with whiskey menu variety of beers on tap and great service.

The food and variety of drinks are welcoming but the service from one particular waitress is upsetting. It's as if the woman has a case of A.D.D. She forgets the customer and will get distracted by conversation from a customer right in front of you. I'd rate a 4 out 5 star until she spoiled the experience. Not meaning to be a bully but had never experienced service like this until now.

An impressive beer selection. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about craft beer and always friendly. The process are reasonable.

Awesome and fun tavern. Great food with good drinks all fair prices. I had a Groupon for 14 dollars for 30 dollars worth of food and it was all HUGE portions. Awesome experience. Will be back!

An intimate space with a very nice and helpful staff, great selection of beers and whiskey. I didn't get any food, but i know it comes from the kitchen next door. Would definitely return for ther beer alone.

It was only my second or third time, but they always seem to have a great draft selection as well as some good and hard to find whiskeys. If you are in the area, check them out!

Rons is a great neighborhood spot for good beer and variety. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the beer selection.

Charming bar, great atmosphere & food, plus a wonderful bartender. The Buffalo chips are my fave in DFW, really enjoyed Ron's Corner Tavern and will definitely be back!

Great place with a large rotating beer selection. I'm a big fan of the atmosphere as well as a solid food selection. Their giant appetizer sampler is a great value for all the food you get. This is a great local gem and I highly recommend it!

Amazing selection of beer. Great bartenders

Service was great and food/beverage selection was pretty decent. The patio is a great spot for nice weather. Only and biggest complaint is the level of noise, which was completely one party of people playing a game VERY loudly. We were trying to celebrate a birthday at the table next to this party and were yelling at the top of our lungs trying to hear each other. Not the chill evening starter we were hoping for, but still a great spot for food, drinks, and service!

Poor Service, waitress was inattentive and not helpful in recommending substitutions for everything they were out of. The beer was not cold enough. Seating was uncomfortable, mosquitos were biting us, the place was dark and dusty. The food is brought over from the sports bar next door and was overcooked and dry and unseasoned. So not impressed. I really wanted to like this place.

Great food great staff cold beer

If you are a fan of craft beer, are in the mid cities and don’t know about this place then you need to go. A great selection of beers, often stuff that larger “craft beer bars” don’t have. They also have a fabulous selection of whiskeys from scotch to bourbon. Most of the staff have at least a Certified Beer server certificate from the Cicerone program and are all very knowledgeable. Paul runs a great bar, enjoy.

Great little neighborhood bar. It has a very hip and trendy aesthetic, is always clean, and the food is surprisingly good. We almost always get the buffalo calamari, however their pizzas, burgers, and fajitas have been excellent as well. The beer selection is great, although they range in price fairly dramatically. We appreciate that it is also one of the few non-smoking bars in the mid-cities, however they do have a very nice patio if your party does. Great date spot.

The best place in the area for craft beer. You will not find a "Bud Light" here at all. Staff is very friendly, all Cesserone's, and incredibly knowledgeable. They always have and incredible selection to choose from.

Had Ariel as a server she was amazing!!! This is a really neat, cool bar. They serve CBD shots in the beer and have a really good selection of beers! I will be coming back. one of my favorite bars in dfw I stumbled upon. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Great beer selection, a lot of high ABV beers, good whiskey and bourbon selection as well, They have an amazing selection of beer and real bartenders. It’s an excellent place to chill.

Had a nice meal and some good drinks. The bar tender was attentive and VERY friendly. The south west egg rolls were my favorite and I enjoyed my drink!

I wouldn't go here for a first date, it's a bit noisy, but the beer selection is awesome! The vibe in there is cool, chill and relaxed. Heated patio with a fireplace outside for those of us still indulging in the smoking habit. Little crowded inside, but overall, I would definitely go there again. The staff was friendly and you should try the Crackberry Beer!

A friendly neighborhood atmosphere with a wonderful selection of craft beers and local brews. Food is also available (from Big Shots next door) but the focus here is on beer wine and cocktails. They also have a fabulous collection of whiskey as well as every other libation.

Any bar that has 6 pages of craft 🍺 to choose from is alright in my book! A heat local hangout. Casual vibe for people to unwind. Food took awhile but with great beer, didn't really notice.

Probably the best "not quite a dive" in the metroplex, much less the slim pickings in the HEB area. Great micro- brew selection, craft cocktails, catch the fights on a plethora of screens, and the service is so attentive it's out right ridiculous.

Ron's has delicious food, and probably one of the best whiskey/scotch and beer selections available in the area. Pint night is always great!

Very good selection of craft beers on tap and in the bottle. They are also very reasonably priced. The food here is standard pub fair with some of it being really good (The brisket quesadillas and Queso/hot sauce with chips are really good). The staff is also really nice and super helpful if you don't know what you want. Cheers!

Great atmosphere and drink menu. Food was good to although I was surprised on portions. The tenders are very small for those ordering but the sides were decent size and good (I had the buffalo chips) As a beer knurd, I found the beer menu solid with lots of unique beers.

What a great event and even more exciting what a great place. Ron's Corner Tavern is so awesome. It's got lots of great beer choices and the happy hour is awesome. Beers are a $1 off. Their beers are already great prices. Ours were $4.50 for craft beers. Plus the $1 off now I'm paying $3.50. I loved this place because it really brings you back to old style bar. Dark wood, cozy, and the bartenders know their stuff. The food comes from the place next door. We had the appetizer sampler. Just what I expected, a giant platter of fried foods. It was ok. But I would definitely try something else the next time. Happy hour M-Th. 11am-7pm. I'd love to be a regular here. Seems like that kind of place.
